Individual Therapy

Therapy Approaches
The individual therapy process is planned according to the client’s needs and reasons for seeking help and can be conducted both face-to-face and online. The therapy process is structured within scientifically based and clinically recognized psychotherapeutic approaches.
The main approaches used in therapy include:
EMDR
A structured psychotherapy approach used to work with traumatic experiences, intense stress, anxiety, and the effects of past experiences.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It addresses anxiety, depression, stress management, and dysfunctional thought patterns.
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Focuses on understanding a person’s inner world, past experiences, and relational patterns. The goal is to increase awareness of emotional processes and gain insight.
The therapy approach is determined together with the client during the initial consultation and assessment. When necessary, different approaches may be used together or in stages throughout the therapy process.
